Saturday, September 6th from 1 to 4 p.m.

Balance, Movement and Relaxation ©
This workshop incorporates mindful movements,
an emotional balance exploration, relaxing activities
and empowerment coaching in an interactive small group three-hour session.

Creating Co-Powerment Part III
(for those who have attended the first two workshops)

based on participants' requests.

This workshop further focuses on co-powerment in communities,
using fun activities and empowerment coaching
in an interactive small group three-hour session.

All workshops are Donation/Love Offering based
in order to honor the backgrounds, interests
and choices of the participants.

All participants are requested to honor the privacy
and comfort levels of each participant.
No one needs to share anything that they are not comfortable sharing.
